The transformation was achieved using Polytec ‘Classic White’ matt finish melamine cabinetry, with feature open cabinets and timber feature detail under the benchtop in ‘Tasmanian Oak’ WoodMatt finish. Laminate benchtops in ‘White Valencia from Laminex, and feature back panels in two-pack satin painted panels with v-grooves colour matched to Laminex ‘Pearl Grey’. White gloss subway tiles were laid in a traditional brick format, the stipple on the tile helps to add to the feeling of depth to the room, while the grey grout complements the ‘Pearl Grey’ feature panels.

Blum Intivo soft-closing hardware was used throughout, and additional functional elements included a Blum ‘Orga-Line’ cutlery insert and utensils insert as well as a Wesco 64L (2 x 32L compartments) pull out bin to suit a 450mm cabinet, and installation of a 3 x prong tea towel.
