In this way, the whole room looks cohesive and the new kitchen looks like it “belongs” to the house. Plus, it’s fresh and new … with all the latest functionality. Win, win, win.

On the other hand, when considering the long-term value of one’s home, renovation that suits the style and quality of your home must be married to changes that are longer lasting. Yes, improvements that actually add to the worth of your investment. Plus, built-in cabinetry is structurally stronger and therefore safer, too. No toppling!
